		<description>This is great! I am going to have a go with shredded mail! We usually compost it - we have a wormery and the little beasties love it - but we get so much post they are a bit overwhelmed. Watch this space!

		<description>Oh, this is encouraging!  What an excellent start.  I too, had thought that the newspaper needed to be wetted just a little bit. I have yet to give any of it a try however.  Is your first yarn fairly stiff?</description>

I tried this way too, with similar results.  I think that the artist featured on that website must have used an electric spinner of some kind as I think they do not force the yarn through a 90 deg from the orifice onto the bobbin.</description>
