First timer

Here’s Katie’s scarf! You just can’t guess, except by the smile, that she is a very first time weaver. Katie, my daughter’s friend, spent the whole weekend weaving with her favourite colours. It was quite a stunning piece of work. But then I’m getting used to seeing amazing first time work on my little studio looms because it seems to be happening all the time.

Some people choose colours that I would never have  thought to put together, but I really like them. Note to self: write down all those good colour mixes and use them yourself.
