When I have trouble with the fly shuttle not going all the way across it can be I'm weaving too far before advancing and the shed is not open enough for the shuttle to pass without dragging. OR
I've not wound the bobbin properly and the yarn is not flowing off the end feed bobbin freely enough creating drag and unwanted draw in at the selvage (check if there is an adjustable tension device on your shuttle). OR
I'm not sure the rubber band is doing much - make sure that little wood piece slides freely in the tracks.
Maybe something is off in the angles of the cord tie up or cord length and that would be something for your loom manufacturer hot line - we can't see the tie up on the video. Seems like they would be more than willing to advise you as your struggles are being viewed by a lot of weavers and potential customers.

Fly shuttles are great. I hope you get yours cooking soon!

I have identified so much with many of your comments, issues and humor .
You are an awesome inspiration to weavers all over the world!! Thanks

Wow, that is just so beautiful! The combination of color and pattern are perfection. Nice finishing of the edging and the label.
Congrats on the new niece!
