Thanks!Really very interesting tapestry! I'll try BookCat for books. I also like to watch movies. For this reason I use movie organizer that is called Movienizer. This program automatically downloads information about movies and artists from databases like IMDb.com., Amazon.com and others.

Interesting tapestry! I can't wait to visit the Sydney Opera House myself. Your weaving is beautiful-love the colors! I'll have to make sure my mum is reading your blog if she isn't already because she loves playing with color.

As a tourist (in 1986) I was surprised to see the sails were tiled because the tourist photos don't really show that. So many people don't understand tapestry weaving. We're lucky to have VTW

I've been using LibraryThing for books and love it, but I can see how it would be limiting for what you want to do. I love the idea of putting in each article from Handwoven - what a great resource that would be! A lot of work to set up though :)

Were you able to hear a concert while you were visiting the Sydney Opera House?

Not surprising that the guide didn't understand the weaving she was describing - usually people don't relate to what goes into handcraft, unless they do some themselves!
