Including the standard features of the SX60 Folding loom

Built in shuttle shelf
A 150 thread (30cms wide) x 6 metre black cotton warp is included with the loom. Replacement warps are available in wool, cotton and other limited edition runs in other fibres and colours.
An on-board bobbin winder is included with a medium boat shuttle and 15 plastic bobbins
4 shaft kit – option
Loom includes two shafts with a total of 400 large eyed heddles
SX60, WX60, CH60 and WX90 can all have optional 4 shaft converstion kits.
Loom heighteners are available for WX60, CH60 and WX90.
Other additional accessories are available to make weaving more comfortable such as the shuttle shelf, shown, and the beater bar.

Overview of addons:

  • Wheels to make the loom glide easier in the folded position.
  • Metal Loom heighteners to make the WX60/WX90 looms 5 -10cms heighter. A heightener is also available for the CH60.
  • Four shaft conversion kit. Swap the loom over to a four shaft spring system in 15 minutes.
  • Inside Set. This allows you to completely remove the warp/weaving in progress and place another on the loom for weaving. Takes 5 minutes to swap the warps over!
  • Accessibility features – The shuttle shelf allows an easy flat handed shuttle throw with minimal strength or the touch of a finger. The Handswitcher allows the loom to be operated with the hands instead of the feet on the pedals.
